Eugen Bräunig (Founder) is a filmmaker from Bonn, Germany with a degree in visual communication from the Berlin University of the Arts. He is married and lives in Los Angeles, CA. Growing up in Germany with part of his family living in the United States, Eugen was regularly going back and forth until finally moving to New York in 2014.
His passion for storytelling comes from a love of great writing and original voices – whether that results in a production for the big screen, the stage or an exhibition. To Eugen film – like painting – is an incredibly imaginative and meditative form of expression that has the potential to encapsulate countless ideas and complex viewpoints. It's a translation from mind to word to sound and images. That in itself is a magical process that involves both visionary thinking and happy accidents. A lot can go wrong in filmmaking but sometimes what we get is that perfect succession of frames. Everyone who loves films knows what a thrill it is when what illuminates the screen reveals some truth about us and the world we live in. |

Cara Fitts (Founder) is Los Angeles-based producer, originally from Kansas City, Missouri. Her work is led by the desire to learn new things and preserve people's stories. She is a dog lover and history buff, with particular interest in anthropology, historiography, journalism and media studies.
She was inspired by her grandfather Dwight R. Fitts, who taught her the importance of preserving the past. He founded Fitts Multi-Photo, a family-owned print and photography shop in Kansas City. Historical fiction and documentaries are her favorite stories to experience and tell. Some of her favorite sub-genres of include slice-of-life and social issue films. To her, developing a film reel or negative that has been on the shelf for 50 years is an amazing moment. In doing so, we can relive that moment of the past by experiencing it in a new era. We can empathize with people's struggles and perspectives, who we might not have known before. In this way, we honor them by learning from them, so they are never forgotten. She is a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts Film & TV program and is a New-Yorker at heart. |

Tim Murphy (Associate Producer and Researcher) is a music and film obsessive with a memory like a steel trap (if the trap was designed to catch totally obscure facts and knowledge, at random.) After spending a solid decade as a tour manager and live performer in the music industry, he transitioned to a behind the scenes role in film and television, as an archival researcher and associate archival producer. Tim lives in Los Angeles with his wife, dog and two cats.

Olivia Di Poi (Archival Producer and Researcher) is a Chicago-based cinephile originally from Buenos Aires. Growing up in Argentina as well as suburban Connecticut, and attending college in Montreal has made her a native speaker of Spanish and English, and proficient in French.
Olivia grew up with a love of film, both fiction and nonfiction, and she brings that fascination to every project she works on. She is obsessed with becoming an expert on niche subjects and will go to extensive lengths to be the foremost authority on anything: from the Murdoch legacy (The Murdochs: Empire of Influence), to constitutional law (Amend: The Fight for America) to all things occult (Unsolved Mysteries). Olivia lives in Logan Square and would love to talk to you about docs (or dogs or crafts or the Argentinian soccer team). |
